The new pastor at the Trinity United Church of Christ is Otis Moss III, son of the civil rights leader Otis Moss Jr. He replaced Jeremiah Wright who retired on February 10, 2008.

"How do you stand outside the king's castle and throw rocks, but be prepared to go in and have hors d'oeuvres at the same time? That's the balance."

Wright is Clinton's last resort. Remember, Republicans aren't the only politicians who can play the Fear card.

Is this all she's got? Is this the best she can do?

Throw a couple of rocks at her castle. Go ahead. The good years are waiting just inside...we've just got to get past the corporate drawbridge.

I don't think you can blame this on Hillary. It was all over radio but just now being pick up, barely, by the old media.

Rev. Wright retired and Rev. Moss was place there to try and save the Churches non-profit status. Also to give some room to Obama's campaign.

Obama cannot shake the Rev. Wright that married them and baptized their children.

Why does Hillary have to get rid of Farraro and Obama get to appoint Rev. Wright to positions in his campaign.

    R-I-G-H-T.

She's got nothing to do with it...just like she had nothing to do with bouncing Monica Lewinsky right out of her cushy White House job.

Hillary does what Hillary wants. If she wanted to keep Ferraro, she should have kept Ferraro.

So--the big evil boogey man can marry and baptize people? Play the Fear card...go ahead.

The American people are far smarter than whoever you support gives them credit for.

Sean Hannity has been all over this for months. The media had to comment because the storm has gathered.

The Reverend, term used loosely, Wright played the fear card and you defend it.

Yes the American people knows racism see it.

Blaming this on Hillary will not make it go away.

Why that matters it not clear to me. But no I am mixed with German, Irish, Cuban, and hillbilly.

My step Mother is Black and I have 3 step-brothers and 3 step-sisters that are.

The best man at my first wedding was black.

What is your point?!! I know hatred and racism when I hear it! And your coming very close.

Only African-Americans who have lived the black experience in this country can understand what you think you know about prejudice in America.

And Barack and Michelle Obama do not either. They both went to Princeton and Harvard real tough!!!

What about the Irish, Chinese, Mexicans, etc.

My relatives carried green cards and had to use them how about yours?

My relatives had to drop the O in O'Calahan because of racism how about yours?

My grandmother has ties to Jamestown. I'm descended from Robert E. Lee on her side. On my grandfather's side, I get my Scott-Irish--a fairly formidable combination. Born in Alabama, I remember the water fountains that the Obama's would have been relegated to, if they had lived there at that time. But until I am regulated to such, I will never pretend to know what it is like to have walked in the shoes of another.

And how far we have come only to hear we haven't moved an inch.

This country is about more than black and white. These experiences you speak of were true once but no longer. Because of how Americans are, mostly loving of others.

Your family fought to keep slavery. My family both fought for and against the third riche. One a field marshal that was hung and one who guarded him during the trials.

Not talked about much, the horror is not tasteful. Guilt feelings, sure, nothing I did though. Do I side with the Israelis, yes mostly.

But my step-Mother is black as well as 3 brothers and 3 sisters. I have never looked at any person in a racist way, I have always stood up for anyone being put down in a racist or derogatory manner.

I don't pretend to know exactly what it is like to have walked in the shoes of another. I do try to, as deeply as possible, try to understand it compassionately of all people.

This Church needs healing now and repentance is necessary. Not condoning or deflecting the issues by calling commentary an "assassination" of character. This preacher, Rev. Wright, is living in the past as others are when they keep this type of discourse going to make the people "feel" oppressed.

You don't know anything about my family. Don't be so quick to assume. That in itself is prejudicial.
