I'm beginning to believe that this whole "I'm too busy to file my tax return" nonsense is just another huge ploy by the HRC campaign.
HRC wants us all to think she's hiding something so when the reform is released to the public, she can shame us for distrusting her after we learn-- nothing at all is there.
That would be hard to believe.
