So the administration line is that Bush didn't know his intelligence agencies didn't agree with him when he was saying Iran was actively seeing a nuclear weapon and had a fully operational program. How is this possible? The President is the chief executive of the entire nation. How is it possible that he didn't know what 16 of his intelligence agencies were researching?

they whole deal about this is that they wanted to take the focus off the disaster that is Iraq, so they focused on Iran. After the proof came out that couldn't be refuted, bush was stuck holding the ball.
