pretty impressive he didn't, but I guess if he did he woulda made the GOP look even worse, so I'm not that surprised by it!
commute his sentence originally? What did that do? I know Libby dropped his appeal recently, does this mean he's gonna see jail time now that Bush didn't pardon him?
bush commuted his sentence, meaning he doesn't have to serve time, but libby is still and always will be considered a felon and guilty of his crimes. had he given him a pardon, he would've basically had a blank slate.
