MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia and the United States will seek a way out of a dispute over Washington's planned missile defense shield on Monday and try to lay the foundation of a good relationship under Russia's next president.
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates will meet their Russian counterparts, have talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and a first meeting with president-elect Dmitry Medvedev.
