Bush: Russian response to Georgia​ "disproportionate"

BEIJING (Reuters) - President George W. Bush said on Monday he had expressed grave concern to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin about what Bush called Russia's "disproportionate response" against Georgia in the South Ossetia conflict.
