WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Senior U.S. Democrats said on Thursday that negotiations toward a Wall Street bailout were in disarray after they learned in a White House meeting that presidential candidate John McCain has embraced a new plan that differs markedly from the one that has been under discussion.
