WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush on Tuesday spoke to key European allies about the instability in the financial markets, including British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, the White House said.
